Combination Metallic Coating & Painting Lines

The combination of Continuous Hot-Dipped Steel Strip Metallic Coating Lines (Continuous Galvanizing Lines) with continuous coil coating sections is an ideal way to reduce the total production cost of commodity type pre-painted steel. Typically these lines will produce building products grade material with a single coat finish paint layer, however double coat painted product is also possible by including a second coating and baking section. FME design, manufacture and supply complete continuous hot-dipped metallic coating lines, together with In-Line Painting (Organic Coating) Sections, which integrate to become a combination line. The main advantages of these lines are the reduced investment costs and operating costs for commodity type pre-painted products.
